Join 2026-27 DHS Band

New Band Member Interest Form

1.  All students, new AND returning, need to fill out the Marching Band Commitment/Registration form:  REGISTER FOR 26-27 BAND

2.  Make the first payment toward 2026-2027:   $125 DUE MAY 1, 2026!
     Any balance from previous years of Davidson Band must be paid before fees will be applied to the current upcoming year.

3.  Get a high school sports physical.
   There is a no-cost physical session for any Davidson High School student at the USA Mitchell Center on June 6th at 7:55AM. Download and print the Physical Form and take it to the session or to your doctor:  PHYSICAL FORM 

4.  Upload your completed physical to DragonflyMax.com.
