Join 2026-27 DHS Band

New Band Member Interest Form

1.  All students, new AND returning, need to fill out the Marching Band Commitment/Registration form:  REGISTER FOR 26-27 BAND

2.  Make the first payment toward 2026-2027:   $125 DUE MAY 1, 2026!
     Any balance from previous years of Davidson Band must be paid before fees will be applied to the current upcoming year.

3.  Get a high school sports physical.
   There is a no-cost physical session for any Davidson High School student at the USA Mitchell Center on May 29th at 8AM. Download and print the Physical Form and take it to the session or to your doctor:  PHYSICAL FORM 

4.  Upload your completed physical to DragonflyMax.com.

   Choose 26-27 Band Varsity.
